All orders in the uk are posted using Royal Mail delivery services. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product using the standard Royal Mail rates, plus a standard handling and packing fee.
Orders up to and including 1kg in weight will be posted using Second Class Delivery (2-3 Working Days) and orders over 1kg and up to 2kg in weight will be delivered via Standard Parcels (3-5 working days). Orders exceeding 2kg will be charged at the standard rate.
Delivery costs start from as little as 80p.
Please ensure you have made adequate arrangements to receive your delivery. If you are not available Royal Mail will leave a card for you to collect your package from your local Royal Mail depot.
If goods are returned to us as you were unable to receive or collect the order, we will be able to arrange for a re-delivery of your order. The costs for any such re-deliveries will be charged to you.
We aim to dispatch your order on the same day as the order is placed, providing the order was placed before 3pm. All delivery and dispatch details quoted on the website are approximate, and do not include weekends or English Bank Holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If you change your mind, and wish to return non-faulty goods to us, we are happy to return or exchange your order, provided you return the items in their original condition. Items must be returned unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with any sealed packaging intact (where applicable). Unfortunately we cannot refund delivery charges and any costs involved in returning the order shall be your responsibility.
Faulty, Damaged or Defective Goods
If any item in your order arrives faulty we will be happy to arrange a full refund or exchange for all faulty items returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact Simply Lovely Gifts before you send the item back.
