All orders are usually posted out the same day (on all orders received before 3pm) You should receive them within 2-3 depending on the postal service. Please allow extra days for bank holidays, christmas etc. We apologise for any orders that arrive outside the time frame.
Is it possible to pick my order up?
Yes it is possible. If you would like to pick your order up click the customer pickup option in the shopping basket and then contact Simply Lovely Gifts to arrange a time convenient to you.
I need to return an item, what do i need to do?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days. All items must be in the same condition as they were received, with all tags on. When we receive the items we will give a full refund (excluding delivery costs). Sale items are non-returnable.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Yes if you are returning an item for an exchange or refund the cost of returning it is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back. Items should be returned to the following address: Simply Lovely Gifts, 71 Stonegate Drive, Pontefract, WF8 4LZ.
What do I do if my item is faulty item?
If your item is faulty when you receive it, please contact us and we will advise you on what to do next.
Do you have a shop?
Yes. Simply Lovely Gifts is situated at 4a Swanhill Lane, Pontefract, WF8 2SE. Our shop will be closing down on Saturday 25th June and we will be internet based and selling at craft fayres and markets only.
